This is Ping, a solo winemaker who founded Sane Insanity Wine in 2025. It exists simply because of my love and curiosity towards Cabernet Franc of Orange wine region, NSW. This variety fascinates me. At high elevation, It is bright and vivid, elegant and floral. I see its potential to be fabulous, and I want to bring my version of Cab Franc to life.
Started with only 300 vines, one small batch a year, here I share with you the wine crafted by my passion.
